Questions people ask
- What happens when the days end?
- Nothing is charged — a package never renews. Your account goes back to the free plan, the credits you haven’t used stay yours, and the book you bought the package from keeps its clean files for good. Buy another package any time, or go monthly.
- Can I bring my own manuscript?
- Yes. Import it and ask for a typeset book: Claude keeps your words and sets them in a real book design — you review every page of the proof before anything is printed.
- Which files do I get?
- A print-ready interior PDF, an EPUB for e-readers, an editable Word file, and the IngramSpark pack — no Bindery marks, yours to upload wherever you publish.
- Where does the hardcover ship, and how long does it take?
- Anywhere our printer (Lulu) ships. The print credit covers up to its amount in printing and standard shipping on your first order — a bigger order simply pays the difference — and the Review step shows the exact total before you pay. Standard shipping usually takes two to three weeks.
- Is the book written by AI?
- It’s written with you. You decide what the book is, Claude drafts and edits in your voice, and nothing is final until you’ve read the proof. Many authors bring a finished manuscript and use the studio only to typeset and print.
