It’s in the white papers, the wiki, the lecture recordings and the blog. Drop them in and Bindery’s editor reads every word, writes a print-ready book in the shape your readers need — an authority book, an onboarding manual, a course textbook — under your brand, and prints the run.

Marketing & sales
Authority books and industry reports
Your white papers, blog posts, webinars and podcast episodes already hold a book. Drop them in; the editor reads every word and writes the book your prospects would pay for — then prints the hardcover you hand a VIP client.
Authority book
The thought-leadership book that makes a company the obvious choice — written from what it has already said.
Drop in
White papers, blog posts, decks, webinar and podcast transcripts, interviews, talks
For
Marketing teams, founders and executives with a point of view — for outbound gifts, event tables and the top of a sales conversation.
Prints best
as a 6 × 9 in hardcover for gifting (a paperback for volume runs)
Onboarding manuals, company histories, culture reports
Export the Notion wiki, drop in the handbook, the all-hands recordings and the meeting notes; a new hire’s first week becomes a real book on their desk, and a year of the company becomes a report worth keeping.
Onboarding manual
The book a new hire reads in week one — who we are, how we work, the first 90 days, who’s who.
Drop in
A Notion export (.zip), the handbook, policies, all-hands and training transcripts, meeting notes, org charts
For
HR, people and operations teams who want the wiki on a desk instead of in forty tabs.
Prints best
coil-bound at 8.5 × 11 in so it lies flat on a desk
Lecture recordings, slides and readings become a textbook in course order — learning objectives, key terms, worked examples and review questions per module — with a lie-flat workbook to write in beside it.
Course textbook
Lectures and readings restructured into a textbook in course order — objectives, key terms, worked examples, review questions.
Drop in
Lecture recordings or YouTube links, slides, the syllabus, readings, lecture notes, assignment briefs
For
Universities, online academies and course creators who want a printed book for every student.
Make every book above for a client — under your name, never ours. Bindery Agency is the white-label plan for ghostwriters, marketing agencies and executive-branding firms.
Your brand kit on every book — your fonts, palette, page rules and vector logo, locked and applied to every client book; “Prepared by Meridian Ghostwriting” on the title page, no product name anywhere, colophon off.
Unbranded client proof portals — a private page per book with the 3D cover, real typeset pages and the narrated opening; one click rotates the link.
Priority rendering and 120,000 AI credits a month — twelve times Pro — plus everything in Publisher: unlimited clean exports, audiobooks, translation, printing drop-shipped by Lulu.
$4,990/year billed yearly. Switch from any Bindery plan, prorated in place. Cancel anytime.
How teams run it
1
Drop it in. Files, a wiki export, video links, the blog’s address — pick the shape (an onboarding manual, a textbook…), name the organization and the reader. The editor reads every file before it writes a line.
2
Read it as a proof. Real typeset pages, a cover in your colour, the gaps it found listed for you to answer. Change anything by asking; invite colleagues to edit or approve; hand a client a private proof portal.
3
Print the run. One copy or a full run, quoted before you pay, printed and shipped by Lulu — hardcover for VIP gifts, coil-bound for desks and cohorts. Clean PDF and EPUB files for your own printer or LMS.

The questions teams ask
Do we need an account to try it?
No. Drop the material in and the book starts as a guest; sign in (free) to keep it, invite colleagues as editors or viewers, and order printed copies.
What can we bring?
Word, PDF, EPUB, text, Markdown and HTML files; .vtt/.srt transcript exports; a Notion (or any wiki) export as a .zip; YouTube links — captioned or not; and your blog or newsletter's address, which gathers every public post. Recordings can be attached once the book exists and are transcribed on the spot.
Can it carry our branding and nothing else?
Yes. A work book puts your organization on the title page and as the imprint, uses your brand colour as the cover's accent, closes with your About page, and leaves the studio's colophon off by default — no product name anywhere in it. Teams on Publisher or Agency can go further with a brand kit: upload the fonts and the logo, set the palette and page rules once, lock them, and every book composes to them — the editor is held to the kit rather than asked to remember it.
Will it invent facts, figures or quotes?
No. Every claim, number, name and quote comes from the material you gave it; where the book needs something the material doesn't hold, the editor asks you in one list instead of guessing.
How many copies can we print?
From a single proof copy to a full run — the print-and-shipping quote shows before you pay, and each order ships to one address. Hardcover, paperback, lie-flat coil or saddle stitch, printed on demand by Lulu.
What does it cost?
Free to start. Bindery Pro or Publisher covers one person's books month to month (clean print-ready files, audiobooks, translations); Bindery for Teams puts several people on one bill — seats, one pooled wallet of AI credits, one invoice; Bindery Agency adds white-label client proof portals and priority rendering for firms making books for clients. Printed copies are quoted per copy.
Is our material private, and is it used to train AI?
Your files live in the book's private workspace, read by the editor to write your book and visible only to the people you invite; nothing is public unless you publish the book yourself. Nothing is used to train AI: Infinite Library trains no models, and the model providers that write and illustrate your book exclude API content from training by contract. The Trust Center at infinitelibrary.ai/trust lists where data lives, every sub-processor, and offers an online DPA for procurement.
Bindery is the book studio inside Infinite Library — authors and teams write, design, print, translate and narrate real books here with an AI editor. Every work book starts free, no account needed.
