What companies make with it

The same studio individual authors use — with the material, the approvals and the print runs a company has.

Three plans, billed yearly

Every seat gets the full studio; the plans differ in seats, the size of the shared pool, and what comes bundled around them.

Prepaid print bundles

Money on account for printed copies — hardcover, paperback, coil or saddle-stitch, colour or black-and-white — drawn at the same quoted prices every author sees. No card at checkout, one invoice for procurement, and balance that never expires.

How buying works

  1. Get the quote now.

Fill in the form below and a numbered quote appears instantly — line items, 30-day validity, a field for your PO. It's also in your inbox, ready for procurement.

  2. Accept it.

One click on the quote page, with your purchase-order number if you use them. A person at Bindery sees it the same minute.

  3. We invoice; you pay on your terms.

A Stripe-hosted invoice on net-30: bank transfer, SEPA, or card. Vendor forms, DPAs and security questionnaires are answered on the way.

  4. Live in minutes, not weeks.

The moment the invoice is paid your team workspace exists, the owner is mailed, and anyone at your domain who signs in has a seat. No accounts to hand-create.

The questions procurement asks

How is this different from Bindery for Teams?
Teams is self-serve: seats at $39 a month each on a card (or a net-30 invoice from five seats), one pooled wallet, a shared library — start in a minute at /teams. The plans on this page are what procurement asks for: a fixed annual price instead of per-seat billing, a seat ceiling your whole domain can fill without invitations, a DPA, single sign-on on Enterprise, printing prepaid, and a named contact. Start on Teams today and move up whenever; nothing is rebuilt.
How do we pay? We can't use a credit card.
Ask for a quote on this page — it's generated instantly with line items and a 30-day validity. Accept it (with your PO number if you have one) and we issue an invoice on net-30 terms; it can be paid by bank transfer, SEPA, or card. Your team workspace goes live the moment the invoice is paid.
What is a seat, and how do people join?
A seat is one person with the full studio. An admin adds people by email, or verifies your company domain so anyone who signs in with an address there takes a seat automatically — with Google Workspace, an email code, or a password. Nothing to install.
Is our content used to train AI models?
No. Bindery uses its AI providers under commercial API terms that exclude training on your inputs and outputs, and your manuscripts, transcripts and wikis are processed only to make your books. A Data Processing Agreement is available on every plan; every book can be exported and deleted on demand.
What do pooled credits mean in practice?
Every seat draws from one monthly allowance, so a quiet month for ten people funds a busy month for three. Credits pay for the AI's writing, design, narration and translation; downloads, exports and printing never use credits.
How does the prepaid print balance work?
It's money on account for printed copies. Orders draw it at the same quoted price everyone sees — printing, shipping and tax — with no card at checkout, and a 'ship to a list' order sends one copy to each address on a spreadsheet. Balance never expires, and bundles add a bonus on top of what you pay.
Can we print 500 hardcovers for an event?
Yes. A €10,000 bundle carries €11,200 of printing — about 772 hardcovers of a 250-page book delivered to one EU address at today's rates — and the same order can ship to attendees one by one. Larger runs and custom formats are a quote away.
Do you support single sign-on?
Google Workspace sign-in and domain-verified team sign-in are included on every plan. SAML single sign-on (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID) is part of the Enterprise plan and is configured with your IT team during onboarding.
Who owns the books?
Your company does. Every export — the press-ready PDF, the EPUB, the Word manuscript — is unlocked on every seat, and books stay private unless you publish them.
