For event planners & conference teams · Bindery

The recap book, in attendees’ hands the week after the event.

A conference produces twenty hours of the best thinking in your industry and then loses it to a folder of recordings. Bindery turns those recordings into a real book — a chapter per session, the speakers credited, the photos placed — and ships a hardcover to every attendee's desk while the event is still the thing they talk about.

The sample opens the studio as a guest — no account first. Plans, seats and invoicing are on the teams page.

How it runs

  1. Feed it the sessions.

Recordings straight from the AV team or the Zoom cloud, or the transcripts your captioner produced — Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Gong and Otter exports (.vtt, .srt, .txt, .docx), Word and PDF, pasted notes, YouTube links, and recordings (.m4a, .mp3, .mp4, .wav) transcribed by the minute. Long recordings are transcribed by the minute and split automatically.

  2. Get a book, not a transcript.

The editor writes each session as a readable chapter — the filler gone, the argument kept — credits speakers, sets the agenda as the table of contents and designs the look to your event's identity. Sponsor pages and photos go where you ask.

  3. Approve on a proof page.

Share a private proof page with the programme committee and the sponsors; every change composes a fresh print-ready PDF.

  4. Ship one to everyone.

Upload the attendee list — name, address, country — and one order prints and ships a copy to each of them from the prepaid print balance. Or a pallet to the office; both are one order.

What’s real today

Where it fits

Event teams take a Business plan (the seats for the agency and the client, the pooled budget for several events a year) with a print bundle sized to the attendee list; a single event fits a Team plan plus a bundle.

Questions

How fast after the event?
A first typeset proof lands within hours of the recordings; a reviewed, approved book within days. Printing and shipping of a few hundred hardcovers then takes one to two weeks door to door, so plan for copies in attendees' hands the second or third week after.
Can attendees each get a copy at their own address?
Yes — that is the ship-to-a-list order: upload the addresses, the balance pays, each copy ships on its own tracking number.
We have sponsors and photos.
Drop the photos in the chat and the editor places them as figures with captions; sponsor pages, logos and a programme index are ordinary requests in plain language.
