Bindery Partner · white-label resale
Sell books under your name. We run the presses.
Consultants, marketing agencies, corporate trainers, ghostwriters and book coaches resell Bindery as their own book-creation service: the drafting, typesetting, narration and printing happen here, and everything the client sees carries your brand.
€4,990 a year by invoice, or $499 a month on the Agency plan · 5 staff seats · unlimited client booksWhat partners get
White-label client proof pages
Every client book gets a private, unbranded page — the 3D cover, real typeset pages, the narrated opening — under your name (“Prepared by Meridian”), with a note in your words. Rotate the link and every copy goes dark.
Your imprint, by default
Your firm's name and imprint are the defaults on title pages, back covers and exports for every book your staff make. The Bindery colophon is one switch per book, off if you like.
Client workspaces under one roof
One partner workspace, 5 seats for your people, as many client books as you run. Invite a client into a single book as a reviewer; the rest of the roster stays yours.
The partner print rate
Printed copies at 15% below the studio's quoted book price — about €12 for a 250-page hardcover delivered in the EU at today's rates — drawn from a prepaid balance, shipped to your client or to a list of their addresses.
An engine-room budget and the front of the queue
120,000 AI credits a month on Claude's strongest models, unlimited clean exports, 110-language translation, audiobooks, and priority rendering — the proof you pull up on a sales call is never behind someone's free-tier experiment.
How a partner engagement runs
- Sell the outcome, not the tool.
Your client buys a book from you: a memoir, a manifesto, a course book, a recap. Your price, your contract.
- Feed the studio the material.
Interview recordings, transcripts, decks, a wiki export. The editor drafts in the client's voice, typesets it, designs the cover; you steer in chat.
- Present on the proof page.
Live on a call or in a follow-up email, under your name. That is usually the approval.
- Deliver at your margin.
Clean files, or hardcovers printed and shipped by Lulu at the partner rate. Invoice your client whatever the finished book is worth.

The questions partners ask
- Can my clients tell Bindery is involved?
- Not from anything you show them. Proof pages carry your name and your note — no product name, no logo, no sign-up door. Exports are clean, and the optional last-page colophon is one switch per book. Your imprint is the default on every title page.
- How do I price it to clients?
- That's your business — partners typically charge five to ten times their cost. Your cost is the programme fee plus printing at the partner rate (15% below the studio's quoted book price); credits for drafting, design, narration and translation come with the programme.
- Do I need an account per client?
- No. One partner workspace runs your whole roster: each client book is its own workspace with its own proof page, and you can invite a client into one book as a reviewer without exposing the rest. Your staff take the programme's seats.
- What does monthly look like?
- If you'd rather not commit to a year, the same white-label features run on the Agency plan at $499 a month, cancel any time. Apply below and we send you the activation link.
- Who owns the work?
- Your client does, through you — the words are the author's. Every book exports at any time, including if you leave.
